Community Data

HOA administrators provide community information including community name, address, unit details, and resident information. Residents may provide additional information through service requests, poll responses, and profile updates.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and device information (browser type, operating system, device type).

Session Recordings

For error diagnosis and product improvement, we may record anonymized session replays that capture UI interactions when errors occur. These recordings do not capture text input, passwords, or sensitive form fields. You may opt out by contacting us at support@ctrlyard.com.

• To power the AI assistant with your community's knowledge base

We do NOT sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase — Database hosting and authentication
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Resend — Transactional email delivery
• OpenAI / Google — AI assistant (community content only, no PII)
• Vercel — Application hosting

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Row-level security (RLS) ensuring community data isolation
• Encrypted data in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Role-based access controls
• Regular security audits

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your community data (HOA administrators)
• Opt out of session recordings

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@ctrlyard.com.
